You are invited to French themed underground dining event at Chef Robin’s in Vancouver. This is a pop-up restaurant, only open for one day! Chef Jacob Deacon-Evans (of West, Wildebeest) is inspired to fuse French cuisine with the fresh ingredients of our home in the Pacific Northwest. He’ll play with classic dishes like Steak Frites, Pate en Croute and Trout Amandine and twist them into new delicacies. Five mouth-watering courses will be served.
The secret location will be emailed to you when you get your tickets. Long table style seating is encouraged, so please come willing to meet your neighbours and perhaps share some of your Bordeaux with them:) We would recommend red Bordeaux with the Steak frites and white Burgundy with the trout. A bottle of Sauternes would pair perfectly with dessert.
