Introducing Chef Valentino Pereira, winner of Chopped Canada, sous chef to Gary Rhodes in London (1 Michelin Star) as our guest chef at the secret supper club May 13th. He will be creating a fabulous six course menu of modern Indian delicacies for this one time only feast. This is a plated fine dining dinner featuring the spices and flavours of Goan cuisine using modern French cooking techniques. Our sommelier will be creating a themed greeting cocktail for your arrival. The long table is reserved for 25 guests only, so book your tickets quick for this fabulous Indian p op-up restaurant.
