How it works…
The FoodMy focus is WILD BC ingredients from crab to mushrooms to wild berries. Menu will be determined by the wildest, freshest foods that I can catch for the day of the event. All dishes are handmade; fresh egg noodles to chocolates. Allergies or special food requests taken into account of course.
