Chef & sommelier, Robin Kort, will create a greeting drink to wet your whistle and start the evening with a bang.

BBQ oyster- smoky red pepper, hollandaise, Parmesan herb crumb
Tuna tataki- chilies, garlic chip, sesame, ginger, cilantro oil
Whipped ricotta- fire grilled vine tomatoes, lemon zest, olive oil, herbs, crostini
Ravioli- osso bucco ravioli, port wine reduction, Parmesan
Blackened tenderloin- chipotle pomme puree, creole butter, lardon
Flambé bananas foster- brioche bread pudding, rum ice cream, pecan brittle
