One of my favourite lessons with Lori was on the humble, nutrient packed dandelion (video below). Harvest and cook with dandelion leaves in early spring starting now. You can saute or blanch them to reduce their bitterness if you like. They make an excellent sweet tart marmalade. Here’s the recipe!
