Taste the terroir of the forest + dining under the stars! Chef Robin Kort will feature ingredients from the lake, forest and meadows of Malcolm Knapp research forest this summer. From wild mushrooms to conifer tips to wild onions and cattail shoots, you will be amazed at the delicacies that you can harvest and weave into six delicious dishes from under the forest canopy. We’ll be eating the trees truly and you can even come out early and canoe or enjoy a walk around the lake before dinner.
