Chef Bruno Feldeisen (Michelin starred chef and judge on TV’s “The great Canadian bake off”) and my Swallow Tail team will be cooking up a six course supper to celebrate spring mushroom season. Morels are the king of spring mushrooms, with an earthy, meaty flavour and a firm texture. We’ll be stuffing them, frying them and baking them to make them even more delicious.

DINNER DETAILS

Address to be given upon booking, byob (wine pairing list available upon request). Come to dinner at the longtable and meet some more mushroom loving friends.  Six course dinner tickets are $150 include a greeting cocktails and the secret address in Mount Pleasant is given upon booking.

One date only and tickets tend to go fast! May 10th, 6:30pm

Flowering currant greeting cocktail

  • Crab Stuffed Baked Morels/Lobster Aioli
  • Warm Morel Custard/Chive Flower
  • Pan-fried Morel/Asparagus/Wild Rice Salad/Saffron Aioli
  • Seared BC Halibut/Morel Sauce/Fresh Spring Peas
  • Carved Beef Tenderloin/Sauteed Morel/Potato Puree/Port Jus
  • Candied Morels/Spumodoro Cream/Olive Oil Cake Crumble
