
The Swallow Tail secret supper club features star Chef Benjamin Berwick (Hapa Izakaya/Farmer’s apprentice/Pear Tree) at our long table series. Chef Benjamin grew up in Japan and cooked his way through Latin America throughout his life. Classically trained in French techniques, he combines Japanese and French cuisines into this unique seafood focused five course menu.
